Katie Desch

Katie is Co-Owner, REALTOR®, and office and marketing manager of R+K Real Estate Solutions. Back in 2019, she and Ryan founded R+K to bring a fresh and money-saving approach to residential real estate in the Lawrence community. Authenticity, transparency, and community are at the heart of everything Katie does. An active community-facilitator and Lawrence enthusiast, she has a connection for everything - from cookie bakers to jewelry makers to foundation inspectors - just ask! 

Katie is a 2025 Graduate of Leadership Lawrence with the Lawrence Chamber of Commerce, a 2025 Graduate of Leadership Douglas County with the Douglas County Community Foundation, holds a National Association of  REALTORS® e-Pro certification, and an Associate of Applied Science in Interior Design with an emphasis in Kitchen and Bath Design.
