Ryan Desch

Ryan is the Supervising Broker, Co-Owner of R+K Real Estate Solutions. A top producing agent in the area serving residential home buyers and sellers, Ryan is a recognized leader in the real estate industry. He served as the 2020 President of the Lawrence Board of  REALTORS® (LBOR), and as the inaugural Chairperson of the Lawrence Board of Realtors Community Foundation. He is the 2018 winner of the LBOR Mary Jones Good Neighbor Award. Ryan is currently a Regional Vice President for the Kansas REALTORS®, and serves on several LBOR committees. 

Ryan and Katie founded R+K in 2019, to challenge the status quo and provide an outside-the-box solution to full-service real estate in the Lawrence area. Built on authenticity, transparency, and community, Ryan and Katie actively keep the company overhead low to be able to pass those savings back to their clients. 
Highly qualified, Ryan is a KU graduate (came to Lawrence and never left!), a Kansas REALTORS® Right Track Academy graduate, and holds National Association of REALTORS® Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Accredited Buyer's Representative certifications. 

When Ryan's not writing contracts or showing houses, he'll likely be out and about with his 4 children...hiking, kayaking, or being shuttle-driver for his dance kids!
