And why choice matters more now than ever.

So we're still in lockdown and this week the Governor extended the stay-at-home order into next month. This announcement came as no surprise to most people, in my opinion. Throughout this evolving situation, real estate services have been deemed essential. So on many levels real estate listings, transactions, and showings continue. But, public safety must be priority #1.

Most agents working with buyers are taking precautions for showings like wearing gloves and limiting contact with surfaces. Most listing agents are providing "virtual showings" in the MLS to make sure that there's sufficient interest prior to scheduling an in-person tour. Title companies, lenders, inspectors, and appraisers are all taking similar precautions and making sure that sellers, buyers, and employees are all protected.
