Introducing our 1% Listing-Side Model
Simply simplify! That's a motto we take to heart. It's sometimes the simplest things in life that have the most impact. What else has a huge impact? Real estate fees. Specifically, commissions. In Lawrence today, the average home price is hovering around $330,000. That's roughly a 30%+ increase over the past 2 years! In a "traditional" 6% model, that's $19,800 in commission expense! Our updated model is 1% on the Listing Side. Assuming a home seller chooses to pay 3% to a buyer agent, our commission model would result in a savings of $6,600!

As you can see, our model saves home sellers thousands of dollars in commission costs! We recently made this switch from a flat-fee model in order to simply our price structure and be more easily able to compare apples to apples. In fact, in some instances, this new model saves our seller clients even more than our previous model!
And, as always, we must emphasize that our model provides full-service real estate to our clients. We are not a discount broker. Discount brokers do not offer the same level service that we feel is required of REALTORS. In fact, we say we bring more to the table than most other agents: we have more experience, more designations, and are more involved in advocacy than a vast majority of licensed agents in our area. To put it simply, we bring the highest amount of value for real estate services than any other brokerage you'll find!
