This is a great question. A fair question. After all, there may not be much that seems to making choosing one agent any different than choosing another. Especially when it comes to commission costs. Shouldn't you have a meaningful choice?
Consumers should know that they can choose their agent. That they should interview more than one when looking to buy a home or to sell a home. This is not a one-size-fits-all business. So the choices shouldn't treat the customer as such. It is my firm belief that consumers benefit from having a choice in the marketplace, whether they're buying a coffee, or buying a house!
That's where we come in! I believe change is coming to the world of real estate. In many parts of the country, for example the coasts, change is already here. It's come slower to other parts, and I would fit Lawrence into this category. My company offers a variety of cost-saving solutions designed to benefit our clients. This video explains a few of them. The last one might surprise you!
Note: What does reason #4 have to do with anything? Simple: choice. When choosing a Realtor with whom to work, a potential client should feel good about it. One of the wonderful things about real estate is you get to work with you who like. Why choose to work with someone who rubs you the wrong way? The buying and selling process is just that: a process. It takes time. You have to roll up your sleeves and get after it. You and your agent are in it for a long haul. Just remember that when making your choice!
